Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. Two

Reviewed on 2004-11-08
When I was growing up, the best entertainment ever was watching Warner Bros. cartoons. When Volume One was introduced recently, I about went crazy with the great cartoons featuring Bugs, Daffy, and all the characters. And best of all, they are all fully restored and completely uncut.

Now with volume two in stores you can choose from a Deluxe 4 disc collection or a more moderately priced 2-disc set. The deluxe set contains Bugs cartoons on Disc one, Discs two and three host the adventures of the Road Runner and Sylvester and Tweety. Disc four features Hollywood parodies and more. Over 60 cartoon in all plus bonus material including: Behind the Tunes Featurette, Characters and Creators with commentary, Bugs Bunny's All-Star 50th Anniversary TV Special, The Adventures of the Road Runner TV Pilot, A Brand-New Cartoon Daffy Duck For President, The Bugs Bunny Show, and other gems. All in all there are 60 great cartoons to enjoy.

The Two-disc set has 30 cartoons. And runs a little less. There are extras galore here too with instructions on how to draw Bugs and Sam, Tweety and Sylvester, Road Runner and Wilie E. Coyote and Michigan J. Frog.

Some of my very favorite cartoons are here including What's Opera, Doc? and Porky in Wackyland. Don't miss this opportunity to collect this rare set of the greatest cartoons ever made, just as much fun for adults as for kids.
