Chesney Big Hit At Verison!
Bookmark and Share
Reviewed on 2004-06-21
Kenny Chesney, one of the country music's fastest rising stars, headlined a terrific show at Verizon Amphitheatre recently. Chesney joins the elite circle of huge-draw mega stars with such favorites as Tim McGraw and Toby Keith. Uncle Kracker and Rascal Flatts joined Kenny for a sold out concert. Chesney has a wide appeal. Males love his songs about fishing, drinking and male bonding, the ladies like him because he is clean cut, buff, personable and humble. The high points of the concert were "No Shoes, No Shirt. No Problem," "Cheeseburger in Paradise," "When the Sun Goes down" (with Uncle Kracker), and a rousing crowd pleaser "She Thinks My Tractor is Sexy."
